                      | Issue 298 has another dossier from “A”’s
resident environmentalist, Adriano Paolella, from his
                          series “Environment and Community”: its
title is a reflexive verb, “deindustrializzarsi”,
deindustrializing, the project and the process. There is also an extract from a book recently published
by Elèuthera by Carlos Amorín, La Guerra
sporca contro i bambini, which reports on the theft
of newborn babies by officers in the armed forces in
Argentina and Uruguay under the dictatorships in the
‘70s, concentrating on the moving story of Sara
and Simón .Also, intriguingly, but undoubtedly
less seriously, Carlo Oliva looks at the burning yet
freezing issue of gay penguins.    by Leslie Ray
